About Me
Dr. Sharita is the Founder and Chief Medical Advisor of DrSharitaMD.com, where she provides actionable strategies for diabetes, weight management and lifestyle habit improvements. She is also the Founder and CEO of Warfield Medical Coaching & Consulting, LLC, which focuses on dynamic coaching for high-achieving women, transformative health education, and improved lifestyle management programs.
With 30 years of experience in emergency and lifestyle medicine, she has mentored medical professionals and educated the public on preventive healthcare through evidence-based lifestyle changes.
Her engaging and relatable approach makes her a sought-after speaker at conferences, corporations, colleges, and faith-based organizations.
Dr. Sharita is the former owner of a successful aesthetic lifestyle and wellness spa where she helped her clients improve their health, beauty, and aesthetic concerns from the inside out.
She is married to her husband who is also a physician and they are parents to 4 beautiful children who aspire to earn their doctorate degrees in healthcare. In her spare time, Dr. Sharita enjoys traveling, shopping, cycling, and spending time with her family and friends. She also practices what she preaches and spends time engaging in self-care activities. She is very passionate about healthy living and enjoys creating and preparing healthy gourmet meals for her family.

Transitioning from academic and clinical medicine after 30 years of service, Dr. Sharita will devote her time to health and wellness speaking, educating the masses, and Lifestyle and Wellness coaching for busy professional women who desire to improve their health, productivity, and overall quality of life.
After 30 years in academic and clinical medicine, Dr. Sharita transitioned to full-time speaking to reach a broader audience. She is passionate about educating people on the connections between chronic illness, obesity, and preventive care, aiming to improve lives through knowledge and action.
She desires to reach as many people as possible, share her message, effectively change the health disparities surrounding chronic disease, and empower people with the tools to live their best lives.

As a board-certified emergency and lifestyle medicine physician, I’ve witnessed firsthand the toll that stress, neglect, and imbalance take on a woman’s body and soul. My mission is to help high-achieving women break free from survival mode and step into vibrant, intentional living.
